A couple of weeks ago the Lee family came for a Spring Break visit all the way from Edmonton!! It's nice to know someone loves us so much that they'll do a 14 hour drive with 2 little kids to come visit for a week! We had a great and busy time with them. We spent a day at Science World and Crescent Beach and even got a little shopping in there. They spent a day at the aquarium on their own - something that Joel has not let go of as he asks me almost every day "when are we going to the aquarium with my friends?". Anyway, we got some game playing in before the power went out one night and the rest of the time we mostly just enjoyed our time together and enjoyed some great food - I forgot how much I LOVE empanadas!
Thanks Miranda, Travis, Isabelle and Zoe for a great visit! We miss you! And one day we'll make the trip your way :)

Thank you for feeding us, entertaining us and hosting for 5 whole days. You guys are great friends! The girls had such a great time. Just spending time hanging out was so nice. We miss you too!
I wasn't really prepared for the fact that our kids would bond. My girls loved your boys. It just broke my heart when Isabelle cried our last night there. Isabelle is planning to send Joely a letter in the mail...keep your eyes open for it!
