Brad, Carolyne, Joel, Nathan, Micah and Cooper. That's our family! One dad, one mom, THREE sons and one kitty. We love God and try to live lives that are pleasing to Him. We will use this blog to keep you updated on the family that God has blessed us with, to share our struggles, our joys, our laughter and tears and to share how God is working in us and through us.

The old Alexandra Bridge
On our way up to PG this summer we stopped at the Alexandra Bridge rest area and decided to walk down to the see the old bridge. It was a nice walk but the bridge was terrifying! The holes in the grates were almost as big as Nate's feet so he wouldn't walk on it and it took everything in me to step as far onto it as I did. Every fear I had as a child of suspension bridges and the grates at the fish hatchery and climbing the Irchel Turm all came back in a flood as my heart pounded with each step over the rushing Fraser below.... Joel on the other hand was ready to cross the entire thing and keep hiking. Thankfully we had to get back on the road and continue the long drive up to PG.
