Mom and Dad came for a visit recently. We had a great time with them, put them to work in the backyard, had them babysit the boys, took a trip to the beach and we let them celebrate their 40th Anniversary at Olive Garden - alone! I always feel bad that they end up working so hard while they are here but they have really helped to transform our backyard into less of the jungle it was! Our trip to the beach was lovely! We packed a picnic lunch and spent some time finding things in the low tide. When we arrived we were disappointed to find the playground closed BUT as we were eating lunch, we spotted them taking the fence around it down! The boys were so happy to be able to play on it - the picure above is less than half the playground! We'll be sure to visit again in the summer - Centennial Beach out in Tsawwassen - GO!! And Noah, we'll take you when you come : )
